[Read Instructions] Well, that’s been fun! It’s been a strange 72 hours in the techy land of Richy – and to enable me to look back and go what the f—k (WTF), here’s just one of the incidents I’ve had to deal with…

Last week we had a customer report that he was having problems sending email – basically the mail server was rejecting his mail. This is our most frequently asked question (and it’s now had a step by step guide published on our FAQ/Knowledge base about it) and the situation is always the same – the customer has put our mail server in the SMTP (outgoing mail) settings. They need to have their ISPs mail server in this field as our servers don’t permit remote relaying of mail (also known as ‘open relays’). So I sent this customer an email saying that he needs to change his outgoing mail server to be that of his ISPs and heresponds with details of which email package he is using and which ISP dialup/ADSL/ISDN or broadband connection he is using then we’ll provide a step by step walk thru. This was sent within 6 hours of his initial query.

[Guess That Movie Round 14] Now I am annoyed! LD managed to increase his/her/their lead by another 100 points by recognising Mouth (played by Corey Feldman) having the jewels removed from his mouth by Mama Fratelli near the end of the 1985 children’s movie The Goonies. A movie well worth watching as it’s quite funny as the gang try and get One Eyed Willies treasure (and, no, I don’t think that is a reference to part of the male anatomy).

I think I’ve been giving away the points so easily as most of you can remember the films – so let’s go back into the mists of time for this image. And to make it extra difficult to guess, I’ve slightly photo-edited the image. Nothing too major, but hopefully enough to through you off the scent… After all, LD only needs another 120 points to be the first one to claim the prize! I’m actually so confident that this one is going to be extra difficult to guess, that I’m going to offer another 20 points if you can name the actors AND characters shown in the image capture – but if you do guess at them, you’ve also got to get the movie title right at the same time: an guess is either going to be totally correct or incorrect (so, you can guess at the name of the movie and just go for the ‘normal points’ or gamble for the extra 20 points by going for the actors and character names at the same time).
