*snippet* As I’ve just performed a number of updates/upgrades on my home machine (more about that later perhaps), I’m now going to be updating my server with various things – hence if this blog is unavailable for ten minutes or so, or if you are unable to post comments – at least you’ll know why. I’ll try and keep downtime to a minimum, but it’ll take as long as it takes.

*snippet* Wow! I must be making Guess That Movie really hard unintentionally! Round 24 has, at the time of this post, not even had one guess made against it! 🙁
I’ve even added an extra image to it to try and make things even easier (basically the extra image is more of the same scene where the original image is from) and I’ve added a few more clues (to supplement the 2 already shown in the original post). If you are wearing an enormous foam helm of stupidity, then here’s a big foam cluebat with the clues highlighted:

*snippet* Whilst laying in bed last night (8pm – I was feeling very tired again), I devised a way of generating large amounts of electrical power from a single AAA battery. Basically, I could take that AAA battery and power a house for an infinite amount of time on the “power generator” I devised. I’m still trying to find a flaw/fault in the “design” of the thing (very basic design using proven technology) as I know one must exist, but I’m having difficulties finding the flaw. It’s practically a perpetual motion machine (except it just generates electricity continuously and doesn’t actually “move”) and a great philosopher once said “In this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics” (H.Simpson).
*snippet* I’ve decide to add a number of clues (along with a second screenshot) to Guess That Movie Round 21 as it’s nearly been 48 hours without a single guess…
Come on guys, I know there are some intelligent people out there – prove it by recognising this simple film.
*snippet* I must make a mental note: If manipulating data which is 150Mb compressed/600Mb uncompressed and you are creating several temp files for the data before loading it into a MySQL database (all on the same harddrive): ensure you have PLENTY of hard drive space AND stop your main internet downloads….
Windows doesn’t like it when you go from 1.5Gb to less than 500Kb free space on the main drive within 30 minutes.
