Make of it what you will, but as the site says “These tests ARE NOT SCIENTIFIC MEASUREMENTS”.
30% geek sounds probably right – I would have put it a little higher myself (I don’t “do” l33t sp3ak stuff), but oh well…
What?!? How the hell did it work out I’m 30% Goth? Admittedly, I do know (and have gone out with) a Goth or two in my time (I had a crush on one many years ago), but no way would I describe myself as Gothish. I’ve even been once to a “Goth Club” in Leicester – and, let’s face it, I think I’ve had more fun in a crypt! (that bit I’m not joking about – the club was crap, and I do like crypts quite a bit: I’ve been in 3 or 4 and would like to go into a few more when I get the chance).
I am 50% Internet Addict
I am pretty addicted, but there is hope. I think I’m just well connected to the internet and technology, but it’s really a start of a drug-like addiction. I must act now! Unplug this computer!
No comment. 🙂 There’s a good reason why I’ve got broadband internet access at home (that’s on 24/7), why I work in the IT industry developing intra/inter-net based applications and why I’m an editor on the ODP, a constant reader of Slashdot, get most of my news from the BBC News website instead of a paper – and why I don’t understand “No comment”. 🙂
Pass comment. I don’t even know who or what “Emo” is!
Well, I know what ‘Ska’ is (it’s a type of music), but exactly what it sounds like – I dunno. I guess I probably scored high because of the question “Have you been made fun of about your taste in music?” – to say I’ve got strange and varied musical tastes is putting it mildly.
I am 17% Metal Head
I am going to watch some more TRL and stay out of the mosh pit. I’ll only get myself hurt. I’m a lamer. A RUSTY BOLT, in the metal world. A poser. A -real- metal head would kick my ass.
See Ska and Emo above 🙂
Well, I would personally doubt the “I have some artistic ability” but it depends on what you call art. Let’s face it Tracey Emin was favourite to win the 1999 Turner Prize with her piece “My Bed” (described by BBC News as “…her mattress surrounded by the detritus created after a week of being bedridden”. Steve McQueen ended up winning the 1999 Turner Prize BTW…
