Yes – it’s back! Bigger (well, erm, nope, the images are still 110×110), longer (erm, probably not) and uncut! Erm…

Anyway – Sorry about the long hiatus: it was unplanned, but time constraints and high work loads meant I hardly had time to check my email: let alone entries (let alone take screengrabs). I will try and ensure the next round is on time though – talking of rounds: congratulations to lawrie for correctly recognising Guess That Movie 70 as being from Scream Three!

For those who are new here, basically Guess That Movie (GTM) is a little competition where you have “simply” just got to recognise which movie the screen shot on the left has been taken from. I say “simply” as sometimes, it’s not quite obvious which movie it is (yes, the screenshot has been cropped and resized – but I’ve done nothing else to it).

Yes – after lawrie correctly recognised Guess That Movie 70: Scream III, the next round of Guess That Movie is nearly ready. I was hoping to have it ready today, but machine slowness prevents me from playing a movie to grab a screenshot. But what I’ll do tomorrow evening (promise!) is preload a dozen or so images and try and set them on a timer system so if my workload stays high (which it looks like it will for at least the next couple of weeks), then at least the next round of Guess That Movie will be available.

So until tomorrow – try and recognising what product this TV advertisement was advertising (25 points for the brand, 25 additional points for the product): “Do me a favour, plug me ….”.

Well, while I continue to clear my holiday email backlog (down to 350 emails now – the most are either spam, automatic notifications which just require a courtesy glance, or are emails I’ve now dealt with), I’ll let you concentrate on the Guess That Movie competition round 70!

We had quite a large number of entries for Guess That Movie 69 and I’ll just like to welcome new contestants “Jennifer Cunningham”, “Lanre”, “Fluffy“, and “Jurgen” who all guessed correctly at the film The Hollow Man – but were also beaten to the first place by another new contestant – “Kevin” (Kevin Bacon perchance? 😉 ) – let’s see how many return to try and get the prizes.
